Sift and Serve-it's the best!
I have not had a new sifter in years and we used this one in a class I took at Sur La Table. It is the best-it is so fast that I use it even when the recipe doesn't call for it. It's a great price too!

Sean S on Mar 3, 2019
We used one during a Sur la Table baking class, and I liked how it worked and how it reacts to my hand pressure during the sifting process. I can sift faster due to the surface area compared to my Cuisinart sifters.

Does it sift powered sugar?
A shopper on Nov 28, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it does. I have found this product to be very useful, cleans very nicely. I have even used it to sift almond flour, which is rather coarse.
Does it sift box cake mixes easily?
Jenny B on Apr 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't think it sifts anything easily. It is awkward to use for sifting because you have to keep tapping it and unless your bowl is way bigger than the sifter, the flour goes all over. It is, however, great for straining things like berry curd.
does this sifter produce pastry flour from freshly grind flour?
A shopper on Dec 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It will sift out to bread/all purpose flour probably. The level of grinding will determine your type of flour.
What is the pictured bowl?
A shopper on Dec 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Duralex lys clear bowl sku#872721.
