Where have these been all our lives?
Absolutely better than even advertised! Cook evenly. Clean up easily. Feels great to use. Our go to pans. Perfect sizes. Have the larger one also and between them them are always our go to pans!

Heavy duty quality and light. However, the side of the pan should be higher a little bit so there will be not a lot of splashing when you sear the meat.

Still perfect 2 years later!
I bought this set 2 years ago and there's no scratching or peeling. I use this skillets all the time. I do limit the use of metal utensils when I cook with them, but even when I have used metal it hasn't scratched. Highly recommend!

wonderful to cook in and easy clean up. They do not need
alot of oil or butter to cook with.

Scanpan skillets
We love these skillets! They make cooking and clean-up so easy. I even noticed that my husband tends to grab these first over the other pans we have in our shelf and oddly enough he's quite particular when it comes to cooking his food. These are getting tons of use at our home and always look brand new.

Scanpan vs. Zwilling
These Scanpans are hands-down the best skillets I've ever used. Compared these head-to-head with Zwilling J.A. Henkels VistaClad and the Scanpans came in the clear winner. Even heat distribution, durable, SUPER EASY to clean. I use these to make eggs/omelets almost ever morning, and they are great. I don't put mine in the diswasher though, but only b/c they are so easy to clean!

So glad I have them
Browns with just the teensiest bit of oil. Cleanup is easy and it retains the heat. I keep buying scan pan as it hoes on sale. Much easier than my regular heavy duty stainless

Great non stick pans
I love these scan pans and wouldn't use anything else for non stick. I let it heat up, add a little oil and eggs slide around making it very easy to flip them without breaking.

I have a 11 inch and love it.

I need new non-stick pans and the reviews all seem to indicate these are worth trying. Price seems very reasonable, especially if they live up to the reviews. I would rather get a high quality pan that is free of all of the typical non-stick chemicals and that can take metal utensils rather than constantly replacing cheaper models.

David E on Nov 15, 2015
This brand was recommended by a friend. I'm tired of replacing non-stick pans that peel and don't hold up to every day use. I am a Blue Apron member and almost every meal is created in a skillet. I was having to use way too much oil to keep the recipes from sticking to the pan. I I I read these reviews and am impressed by the small amount of oil needed when using these pans.

Janet J on Nov 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Absolutely. I have done that before. I used in in a 450 degree oven.

A shopper on Jul 24, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Check the manufacturers website. I believe some pans in this brand are.
Are these pans oven safe?
A shopper on Jan 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I have only purchased skillets so far and love them. I wouldn't put them in the oven because of the handles. I plan to purchase a roasting pan in the near future and I know I'll be just as satisfied with it as I am with the skillets.
Is the handle safe to use under the broiler? I like finish off my frittatas under the broiler and not sure if the handle on the classic skillet is safe or if I need to go up to the CTQ line with the metal handle. I don't want the handle to melt, as it looks plastic.
A shopper on Dec 7, 2014
BEST ANSWER: no worries handle good to 450 degrees i use mine under broiler all the time just do not forget it in there no need to pay the huge amount more for the metal handles A+++ pans I love them
What is the difference between the Scanpan Evolution series and the Scanpan Classic series? Is the only difference the handle shape? Thank you!
Dena A on Aug 2, 2015
Scanpan Classic Skillets, Set of 2
Scanpan Classic Skillets, Set of 2
Scanpan Evolution Skillet
Scanpan Evolution Skillet
BEST ANSWER: I haven't bought the Evolution series, but the main difference I see, other than the handles, is the price. I love my Classic series. I think they are both PFOA free. My handles are easy to grip and fine in a reasonably hot oven. If I were buying today, I would choose the Classic and get 2!
what is the difference between the classic and ctq series?
A shopper on Feb 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I love the Classic and have used them for years. The exterior of the pan is like the interior, so if you crack an egg and it dribbles down the side, it wipes right off. They are said to be dishwasher safe but, since they are so easy to clean, I never have done it. The difference would be the metal exterior and handle on the ctq - maybe a little snappier looking and probably much better if you happen to have an induction cook top. If you do not have induction, I'd definitely go with the classic at half the price. You can't beat it!
Can these be used on a gas cook top?
A shopper on Nov 10, 2014
BEST ANSWER: These easy to clean pans can definately be used on a gas cooktop. I have 5 Scanpans and often have more then one being used on the cooktop, they are my favorite "go to" skillet. And the clean up is a breeze!
are these pans dishwasher safe?
A shopper on Feb 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Honestly, I do not know. I have never put them in the dishwasher - primarily because they clean up so easily. I love them and think they are the best non-sticks out there. Well worth the money.
Are these pans suitable for use on a radiant electric range with glass surface?
A shopper on Dec 16, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I use them on a ceramic top stove. I gave them as a gift and they also use them on a glass- top stove. They work perfectly!
