Great mini bundt pan
The pan is very heavy duty. I baked individual carrot cakes in them. I used flour spray and they popped out without any problem. I would recommend this pan 100%

Fabulous Nordic Ware
It was absolut fun to entertain with mini Bundt cackles. First I baked pumpkin chocolate chip mini cakes. Total hit!
But I made real impression on my guests with shortbread cakes with raspberry jam in the indentation in the center of the cakes.
I recommended that baking pan to all my friends.

BF's Bridal Shower
I bought this pan for my best-friend's bridal shower. I made mini white Bundt cakes with an orange glaze and they were a big hit! Brownies or not, I would absolutely recommend this pan.

* Note, the cakes come out much smaller than you might think

How long do you bake the 12 count mini for?
A shopper on Nov 29, 2017
What is the size of this pan?
Sondra on Nov 10, 2014
BEST ANSWER: • Interior Dimensions: 3 cup
• Exterior Dimensions: 9.38"L x 13.75"W x 1.31"H
is baking time different in these pans for brownies that take 40-45min in 8x8 pan?
A shopper on Jan 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I did not find that to be the case for me.
How do we get the cakes out of the pan?
Mary Bridget W on Nov 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I never had any trouble. The pans work pretty week without spray. But if I was worried about it, I use a spray with flour and they just fall
Out when I turn the pan over on a rack.
Is it ok to fill each of the 12 “brownies” spaces completely or do you need to fill below the level line? I would especially like to know this answer for miini quiches.
Gloria T on Nov 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I have not made brownies or cake in the pan yet, but typically it is best to leave a little head room for expansion. I have made individual breakfast quiches in a muffin tin and, due to the typical traits of eggs, the quiches will expand quite a bit, but then fall as they cool. Be sure to spray the pan with cooking spray before pouring in the batter. Hopefully, this comment is helpful to you.
If I make a standard bundt cake recipe, will it all fit in one mini-brownie pan or will I need two pans? Also, will the pans stack nicely?
Shari C on Mar 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I purchased 2 pans because I typically bake in larger quantities and double or triple recipes. The pans stack/nest nicely. The recipes I've used so far call for this specific pan, so I haven't tried a generic bundt recipe yet. But the manufacturer says that each pan has a 3-cup capacity. Hope that helps.
