B R on Feb 19, 2019
I bought a cookbook at Sur la Table called "Cook It In Cast Iron" by Cooks Country. It has many excellent single-skillet meals, desserts and more. This 12" skillet was the best option for me, to make many of those recipes in. And I like the small handles on this skillet. Will save space in my cabinet, and will take up less room when using it in the oven, and washing it in the sink.
Geoff S on Feb 19, 2019
