The Right Tools for the Job
It makes such a great difference when you are cooking that you use the best tools for the job. For years I used a tool to stir fry that wasn't meant for the job. Now I have the right tool, a wok spatula for stir frying. Love this tool

Not a very comfortable handle
The spatula is not very comfortable to hold because of the two thin wire-like handle. Also, the handle is welded to the spatula part in the back, not a single piece as I am used to.
