I love the ceramic scallop pan and would like to try mushrooms on the grill. This will keep them from rolling around or falling between the grates.
The idea of cornbread or fish bites sound good too.

I'd like a pan to bake a batch of appetizers, like spinach balls, mini-crab cakes, scooped or layered small bites, savory or sweet, things that I've been cooking on a sheet pan, but might be a bit better with more crust on them or would benefit from being less free-form. If it works well, I'll probably buy another. I like that it's lighter weight than cast iron, so I'm hopeful it works for some of my dishes that I'm paring down in portion size, reducied fats and making healthier! (Don't tell!)

Like to use rather than put small stuff directly on the grill

I think it’s unique and can be used for scallops, shrimp, mushrooms or mini corn bread muffins

I received the small bites pan for mother's day - but can't find the recipes. Are they on the website anywhere?
A shopper on May 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I looked on the website for recipes too and could not find them either. I love the pan -- worked great with stuffed mushrooms. I also plan to try one of my own ideas--small slice of lemon, lime or orange, with a chunk of cod or halibut on top with EVOO and herbs. Probably could do scallops that way too -- Dessert -- stuff figs with blue cheese -- then when they come off the grill drizzle with honey and/or a port wine reduction.
What is the diameter and depth of the cups?
Rebecca B on Jun 16, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Each cup is about 2 inches in diameter and i inch deep. I have not used it yet, so I don't know how well it performs.
